　　　ＡＵＳと日本の教育制度

 

オーストラリアの義務教育は10年生(高校1年生)までです。

大学に行きたい生徒は11、12年生に進級します。

 

11,12年生（Senior Secondary）では日本ではいう

大学１年生の一般教養課程にあたる科目を履修し

大学に入学するために必要な統一資格試験を受験

します。

 

大学に進学しない生徒は10年生を終了と同時にたいていはTAFEとよばれる専門学校に通います。(高校の留学生のほとんどは12年生に進学するため、TAFEに通いません)

 

 

日本の進学校の場合高校１～３年生まで主要五科目に重点を置いた授業をし、３年生は受験に向け準備するところがほとんどです。
